FlightSense

Terms of Service

A plain-language summary. The full terms are being finalised ahead of public launch — this reflects how the service works today.

What FlightSense does

We watch the flights you add and, when one is disrupted, calculate what you may be owed under EU261/UK261 — every figure traced to a real regulation article — and prepare a ready-to-send claim letter.

What we don't do

We do not file claims for you and we are not your legal representative. You send the claim letter to the airline yourself. We can't guarantee the airline will pay, or that a calculated amount is final — an airline may reduce or refuse it (for example on extraordinary-circumstances grounds).

Human review

Every compensation payout is reviewed by a person before we confirm it to you (GDPR Article 22). Until then, figures are shown as estimates.

Beta

FlightSense is in early access, provided free and “as is” without warranty. We may change or pause features while we improve them.
